We Feel Will Set You Up for Success\nBachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related field.\n\n9+ years of professional software development experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading the design and delivery of complex software systems\n\nExperience working in Agile development environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nDeep experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems and microservice-based architectures at scale.\n\nProven ability to drive architectural decisions, influence technical direction, and lead engineering initiatives across teams.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native technologies, and public cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nExpert-level proficiency in Python, Go, or similar modern programming languages.\n\nExperience designing and implementing validation frameworks, automated testing strategies, and data quality controls that ensure both software correctness and the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data products/services.\n\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted development tools,
