Do\n\nBuild supportive, long-term relationships by understanding each student’s goals, progress, and challenges\n\nProvide personalized guidance to keep students engaged and moving forward academically\n\nSupport students through onboarding and ensure they feel confident using our systems\n\nProactively identify obstacles and work with students to overcome them\n\nRespond to student inquiries with empathy, ownership, and timely follow-up\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date student records in our CRM\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to support students with academic or
