In this role, you’ll support U.S.-based students throughout their educational journey by providing guidance, encouragement, and clear next steps to help them stay motivated and on track. Customer Success Advisors partner closely with customers to drive adoption and satisfaction, leveraging data, internal tools, and AI-powered insights to deliver proactive and personalized support. While this is a remote position, all working hours are aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
