Our leadership position extends even further to our new SaaS Learning Platform myACI that goes beyond audit, cyber and IT training to provide organizational and individual knowledge assessment, analytics and training delivery with integrated AI to understand capabilities and skill gaps for organizations.\nAdjunct Career Services Instructor San Antonio, TX (On-site) | Part-time / Adjunct\nThe Adjunct Career Services Instructor is on-site in San Antonio, TX and is responsible for delivering live instruction that prepares ACI Learning students to enter the IT job market or advance a career within utilizing a provided, scoped curriculum. In this role, you will create a highly engaged learning environment that provides job readiness support, career coaching, and instill confidence. Building rapport and developing professional relationships will be the key to success. Your success depends on our students' preparedness to achieve meaningful employment in IT. \nWhat you'll do\nDeliver 20 hours of live instruction executing the learning objectives and career readiness deliverables for each module with the course via a blend of lecture and in-class activities. \nDeliver up to 5 hours of career readiness deliverable reviews and feedback (on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, etc.) to students outside of live instruction time. \nCreate an engaging learning environment using virtual tools and techniques. \nMake appropriate recommendations to continually improve the syllabus, curriculum, and course materials based on program need(s) and/or student feedback. \nSupport and coach students toward completion of the deliverable(s) for each module and capture completion in career services platform (CareerConnect). \nProvide feedback and data on student progress toward potential employment opportunities. \nSupport workshops and student or employer outreach as needed. \nWhat you'll need\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). \n 3+ years of experience in career services, workforce development, recruiting, or adult education. \nProficiency with job search platforms and tools, including LinkedIn, resume builders, and applicant tracking systems. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to deliver content to diverse audiences. \nStrong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently and meet deliverables. \nWhat we'd like you to have\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity and IT career pathways, including employer hiring trends. \nVirtual teaching or facilitation experience using platforms such as Zoom or similar. \nExperience in post-secondary, vocational, or technical education as an instructor, coach, or mentor. \nFamiliarity with CRM systems or career services platforms for tracking student progress. \nSkilled in online professional branding tools and networking strategies. \nWhat we require\nCommitment to teach at least one class per quarter when cohorts are available\nAvailability to participate in deliverable reviews at least once per month as needed\nConsistent, high-quality execution against student readiness targets: 90%+ of students finishing the course with a finalized resume, LinkedIn profile, and Prentus profile\nMaintaining a CourseCheck instructor rating of 4.8 or above, with an 80%+ survey response rate and student attendance rate per cohort\nAt ACI Learning, we offer a competitive, experience-driven salary range that aligns with your qualifications and contributions.
