This role serves as a reporting and analytics specialist for the Professional Services Operations team, partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting and automation requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.\nThe Business Process Analyst will play a central role in modernizing the organization’s reporting environment by converting point-in-time Excel and PowerPoint reporting into more dynamic, self-service Power BI dashboards. The role requires strong hands-on Power BI expertise, practical experience using AI tools for reporting and automation, and the analytical judgment to help stakeholders interpret data and make informed decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nReporting, Analytics & Business Insights\nDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve operational reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI.\nConvert existing Excel and PowerPoint reporting into scalable, user-friendly, and increasingly self-service Power BI dashboards.\nAnalyze operational data to identify trends, risks, performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement.\nGo beyond presenting data by helping stakeholders understand what the information means and how it can support business decisions.\nDefine and maintain reporting metrics that provide visibility into business and operational performance.\nValidate reporting outputs and support the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information presented to Translation\nPartner with stakeholders across Professional Services and Operations to understand reporting, analytics, and automation needs.\nGather, clarify, document, and prioritize business requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into reporting solutions, technical specifications, dashboards, and automation opportunities.\nDevelop solutions iteratively by presenting initial outputs, collecting stakeholder feedback, and refining deliverables.\nCommunicate technical and analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nBuild effective working relationships across geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.\n\nData Sources, Systems & Continuous Improvement\nWork with data extracted from systems such as Jira, Salesforce, and Oracle to support reporting and analysis.\nBecome familiar with the organization’s data sources, reporting processes, and operational priorities.\nEvaluate existing reporting and business processes and recommend improvements.\nSupport the documentation and implementation of reporting standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.\nParticipate in cross-organizational initiatives that promote consistent reporting, data interpretation, and process adoption.\nContribute to Root Cause Analysis and continuous-improvement activities where reporting and analytics can help identify underlying issues.\nExperience & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n3+ years of related experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, business analysis, process analysis, or a comparable role.\nStrong hands-on experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI.\nDemonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, in reporting, analysis, automation, or related business activities.\nExperience gathering business requirements and converting them into reporting or technical solutions.\nExperience analyzing business or operational data and explaining findings to stakeholders.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 conversational or higher).\n\nRequired Technical Capabilities\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including the ability to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions.\nPractical experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or comparable AI-enabled tools.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.\nAbility to work with reporting inputs from multiple systems and data sources.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nPreferred
