You will collaborate with in-country HR teams, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and people-focused solutions that support business objectives and employee success.\nYou will also serve as the primary HR contact for Ireland, leading local employee initiatives, regulatory compliance activities, employee wellbeing programs, and key site-based projects.\nA typical day at ACI for aHRBPis:\nPartner with in-country HR teams, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, people-focused solutions that support organizational performance and growth.\n\nPerform a wide variety of activities, such as providing support in areas including talent acquisition and Talent development, leadership development, employee communications, performance management.\n\nPartner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance across talent management, performance, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.\n\nLead and advise on employee relations matters, performance management, and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with local employment legislation and company policies.\n\nDrive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives, including employee experience, learning, development, and leadership coaching programmes.\n\nSupport organizational change, transformation initiatives, restructures, and workforce transitions through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.\n\nLead HR projects and innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled HR solutions, process improvements, and enhancements to the employee and manager experience.\n\nServe as the primary HR partner for Ireland, supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, managing local benefits and compliance requirements, and overseeing key site-based initiatives.\n\nUnderstand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role:\nBachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n5+ years of broad human resources experience, ideally within an international or technology-led environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and relevant employment legislation in Ireland.\n\nDemonstrated ability to coach, influence, facilitate, present, communicate, analyse, and solve complex problems.\n\nExperience partnering with leaders across regions and working effectively within a matrixed HR delivery model.\n\nProficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.\n\nProfessional HR certification and international HR experience are advantageous.\n\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for this role:\nExperience leading organizational change, transformation, and workforce transition initiatives.\n\nKnowledge of HR technology, AI-enabled solutions, and digital HR transformation.\n\nExperience designing and delivering employee engagement, wellbeing, or culture programs.\n\nCore Capabilities:\nWe seek colleagues who embody our core capabilities - these shape our culture and enable us to make a meaningful impact together:\nEnsure Accountability: holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.\n\nDrives Results: consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.\n\nCustomer Focus: building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.\n\nCultivate Innovation: creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful.\n\nCollaborates: building partnerships and working collaboratively with others.\n\nCourage: stepping up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said.\n\nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in Ireland on a full-time basis.
