Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.\nJob Responsibilities:\nManages and directs ACI's development resources in accordance with corporate and division goals and objectives. Instructs and guides staff to maximize their technical, managerial, and corporate growth and development. Provides feedback and completes performance appraisals. Develops annual staff salary, training plans, and reports on the status of the staff and projects.\nWorks with senior management to set the technical direction for company products and services.
