You’ll combine people leadership, technical understanding, and delivery management to build secure, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers.\nManage engineering priorities, resources, risks, and delivery commitments.\nSupport employees through regular feedback, performance reviews, career development, and training plans.\nPartner with product, architecture, quality engineering, security, and global engineering teams.\nGuide the development and maintenance of software products in alignment with business and customer needs.\nPromote strong engineering practices, automation, continuous improvement, and responsible use of AI-enabled development tools.\nEnsure product security, compliance, and secure software development lifecycle practices.\nIdentify and resolve technical, operational, and delivery challenges.\nParticipate in management escalation and on-call support when required.\nFollow all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nMore than 12 years of technology industry experience, including at least 5 years in software development and/or design, along with proven engineering leadership experience.\nPrevious people management, engineering management, or technical leadership experience.\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.\nExperience managing delivery, team performance, stakeholder expectations, and competing priorities.\nStrong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of product security and secure software development practices.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience developing enterprise-grade or business-critical software.\nExposure to payments, fintech, banking technology, or another regulated environment.\nFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, test automation, and observability.\nExperience leading geographically distributed engineering teams.\nCore Capabilities\nEnsure Accountability\nDrive Results\nCustomer Focus\nCultivate Innovation\nCollaborate\nCourage\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in India on a full-time basis.
