Develop and execute software test plans, test standards, procedures, and automated test cases across modular and solution environments.\nMaintain test documentation, analyze results, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions. Execute and provide feedback on performance, load, and stress testing to assess platform and application capabilities across end-to-end solutions. Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Sales, Support, customers, and vendors to ensure product quality and successful solution validation.\nJob Responsibilities\nReview and validate requirements for completeness from both product and customer project perspectives. Identify test coverage, requirement gaps, and risks while maintaining requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop and execute detailed test scripts to validate system functionality.\nCreate comprehensive test plans, including testing schedules, resource requirements, test environments, and test data.\nPrepare and manage complex test environments and test data conditions.\nApply an end-to-end, solution-oriented approach to identify testing requirements across multiple components of products and systems.\nManage validation testing activities, including test execution, defect logging and tracking, tester coordination, and regression testing.\nAnalyze defects from both functional and technical perspectives before assigning them to Development teams.\nSupport the conversion of manual test cases into automated tests using appropriate automation frameworks.\nAct as a liaison between customers and Development teams during Acceptance Testing to facilitate issue tracking and resolution.\nPerform regression testing as required before code is re-released to customers.\nCollaborate with Development Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.\nDevelop, execute, and analyze scripts used to capture application and platform quality metrics.\nProvide sizing support to the Sales organization for prospective customers requesting ACI products on ACI-supported hardware platforms.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nUnderstand and adhere to all corporate policies, including but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Job\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in software testing.\n3+ years of Quality Engineering and/or systems testing experience.\nExperience in test automation and/or software development.\nUnderstanding and experience with platform and operating system architecture.\nExperience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.\nUnderstanding of defect analysis, regression testing, and end-to-end solution testing.\nAbility to work effectively with Engineering, Product Management, customers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience\nExperience working with Test Management and Defect Management tools.\nRelevant software quality/testing certification preferred.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks is preferred.\n\nWork Environment\nStandard work environment.\nMajority of time spent using a PC.\nDomestic and/or international travel may be required.\nCore Capabilities:\nWe seek colleagues who embody our core capabilities - these shape our culture and enable us to make a meaningful impact together:\nEnsure Accountability: holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.\n\nDrives Results: consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.\n\nCustomer Focus: building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.\n\nCultivate Innovation: creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful.\n\nCollaborates: building partnerships and working collaboratively with others.\n\nCourage: stepping up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said.\n\nIn return for your expertise, we offer opportunities for growth, career development, and a competitive compensation and benefits package-all within an innovative and collaborative work environment.\nAre you ready to help us transform the payments ecosystem?
