mandates.\nParticipate in production issue resolution and root cause analysis.\nSupport modernization initiatives including 64-bit migration, ISO 20022, structured address, security, and platform enhancement programs.\nCollaborate with Product Management, Professional Services, Quality Engineering, and Customer Support teams.\nAct as a technical mentor and support knowledge transfer initiatives.\nDrive engineering excellence through automation, testing, observability, and quality improvements.\nLeverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity and code quality.\nRequired Qualifications\n6+ years of software development experience.\nStrong Java and enterprise application development experience.\nExperience working with large-scale transaction processing platforms.\nExperience debugging complex production issues.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and database technologies.\nExperience with secure software development practices.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPayments industry experience (Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, ISO 20022).\nExperience supporting Tier-1 financial institutions.\nExperience with cloud migration and modernization initiatives.\nKnowledge of high-availability and mission-critical systems.\nExperience using AI engineering tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or equivalent.\nSuccess Measures\nSuccessful delivery of roadmap and mandate commitments.\nReduction in production incidents and resolution time.\nIncreased automated test
