Therefore the role includes bonus and quota attainment for renewals, add-on and cross-sell within Polish territory and reports directly to the Commercial Director for Continental Europe..\nYou will develop account plans and manage the process of bringing identified sales opportunities to a successful close. Success in this role requires a self-starter mindset, strong business development skills, and the ability to create opportunities from the ground up. As part of matrix organisation you will be leading the wider Polish team and providing strategy for the market.\nWe expect you to deeply understand both Polish market and customer needs and have an established network in the Polish market and payment eco-system. Knowledge and experience in preferably both Retail/Cards and A2A/Wholesale Payments. You have the support of cross-functional ACI resources including Strategic Product Consultants, Customer Solution Specialists, Technical SME’s and Client Service Director to help during and do the execution after sales cycles.
