Now it’s your turn to serve the payment needs of organizations and people the world over.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Windows Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Active Directory (AD), DNS, and adjacent Microsoft infrastructure technologies. Implements, configures and plays a lead role in the design of complex systems for internal and external customers. Assists in performing analysis on existing systems as well as system maintenance. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvides AOD centric architectural and operational oversight for the development of new or enhanced services and/or products.\nEngineers and configures complex technical solutions for applications/systems implementations and upgrades based on specific business requirements. Solutions may be new, existing, in-house, third party or a combination.\nResearches and evaluates new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company's products. \nFormulates and executes test plans for Proof of Concepts.\nSupports development and product teams by providing high-level analysis and AOD environment-based design reviews, performance, scalability and benchmark test guidance, and subject matter expertise in technology and design.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nUnderstand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:\nBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of technical experience in product architecture and/or production IT environments\nPrevious experience in designing and implementing systems with a focus on scalability and high availability.\nExperience with configuring and troubleshooting production environments, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.\nDeep experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and PowerShell.\nProven track record of designing and implementing high-availability, multi-site, and secure Windows infrastructure solutions.\nStrong understanding of authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP), ADFS, Azure AD, and PKI.\nExperience leading large-scale migrations, upgrades, and integration projects.\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:\nExperience with hybrid identity and cloud integration (e.g., Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Entra).\nFamiliarity with Zero Trust architecture, conditional access, and identity governance.\nKnowledge of automation frameworks, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices.\nExperience with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX) and security hardening of Windows environments.\nWork Environment:\nStandard work environment\nMajority of time spent on PC (Phys.
