Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement Head

We are looking for Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement Head to lead customer engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance customer experience, drive loyalty, and support commercial growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Job holder will be based in our site in AL Obour city.

Main Duties:

• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies aligned with commercial objectives
• Design and manage customer journey mapping and experience improvement initiatives
• Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and digital teams to ensure consistent customer communication
• Lead loyalty and retention programs to strengthen long-term customer relationships
• Monitor engagement KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Support CRM optimization and segmentation strategies
• Drive personalization and targeted outreach based on customer data
• Manage customer engagement tools and platforms
• Ensure alignment with brand values and customer-centric culture
• Present engagement performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (master’s preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in customer engagement, experience management, or commercial roles
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and journey mapping
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer analytics tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to translate data into actionable engagement strategies
