With over 3,000 people across 90 countries, we deliver quality pharmaceuticals to promote affordable healthcare in these emerging markets.We also leverageour high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities and network to supply leading companies through contract manufacturing and out-licensing.\nAcino is part of Arcera, a diversified life sciences holding company, establishedby ADQ in Abu Dhabi in 2024 with the purpose toadvance innovation in line with the Emirate’s 2030 vision for the sector and beyond.\nJob Description\nThe Finance Specialist will have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating financial planning, analysis, operational finance, and business control activities across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, collections, and credit control.\nPerform month-end closing activities and support group reporting, tax reporting, consolidation, and balance sheet reporting requirements.\nPrepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, treasury reporting, and intercompany financing documentation.\nOversee banking activities, including payment processing, letters of credit, bank coordination, and reconciliations.\nControl and monitor Capex budgets, financial evaluations, forecasting, variance analysis, and policy compliance.Ensure compliance with VAT, transfer pricing, deferred tax, and other direct and indirect tax requirements.\nMaintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with company policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to support efficient financial operations.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Commerce. \nProfessional qualification(ACCA, CPA, CMAor CIMA) is preferred. \nMinimum 8-10 years experience inprogressive finance within a manufacturing environment. \nExperience with SAP Business One, Tagetik and Power BI is advantageous.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.\nPlease apply via our HR system here.\nData Privacy Note:\nIn connection with your application, Arcerawill collect, processand store personal data about you.
