The Job holder will be based in our manufacturing site in Al Obour City and reporting to Head of Finance - Gen Med.\nYour Responsibilities:\nLead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.\nDeliver monthly financial performance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast).\nProvide insights on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability.\nDevelop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for senior management.\nPartner with business units to support decision-making and cost optimization.\nLead cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.\nSupport board presentations and executive reporting.\nIdentify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.\nDrive automation and process improvements in reporting.\nCollaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment of actuals.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred).\n10 years of experience, with at least 4 to 5 years in FP&A position.\nStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.\nAdvanced Excel and SAP is a must .\nExperience in manufacturing or pharma industry preferred.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization.\nThis is the opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, where decisions are taken fast and where you can actively participate in shaping our future.
