With an operational footprint spanning over 90 countries across four continents, and manufacturing sites in eight countries, we offer more than 2,000 medicines across various therapeutic areas worldwide.\nJob Purpose:\nThe MRP Controller is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material availability to support production and business requirements through effective Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory control, supply analysis, and coordination with Procurement, Production, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams. The role manages material planning activities, inventory optimization, product availability monitoring, production planning support, EDA reporting requirements, and new product launch readiness while maintaining high service levels and compliance standards. The job holder will be based in our site in Al Obour Cityand reporting to Material Planning & Inventory Control Section Head.\nYour Responsibilities:\nMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP) & Inventory Control\nExecute MRP activities to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and critical supplies required to meet production plans.\nMonitor material requirements, inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, and coverage levels.\nAnalyse inventory performance and recommend actions to optimize stock while maintaining required service levels.\nPrepare and maintain material availability reports, inventory analysis, and stock coverage reports.\nCoordinate with Procurement to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of materials.\nProduction Planning Support\nSupport production planning activities through materials readiness reviews and supply feasibility analysis.\nEnsure required materials are available to achieve production schedules.\nPrepare monthly required-material reports to support future production plans.\nMonitor production plan execution and identify material constraints that may impact manufacturing performance.\nSupport toll manufacturing planning activities and material readiness for outsourced production operations.\nQuality & Product Availability Coordination\nMonitor incoming raw and packaging materials under Quality inspection.\nPrepare and distribute weekly reports for materials pending release.\nFollow up daily with Quality teams to accelerate the release of critical and urgent materials.\nCoordinate urgent material release activities to prevent production delays and line stoppages.\nEnsure timely release of incoming materials to support production requirements.\nReporting & Analytics\nPrepare EDA reports covering inventory, material availability, production targets, production performance, stock levels, and coverage analysis.\nPrepare and issue daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc planning reports.\nCompliance, Safety & Governance\nEnsure compliance with EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport EDA reporting obligations and regulatory communications as required.\nMaintain accurate planning and inventory records.\nFollow company policies, procedures, and governance standards.\nContribute to a culture of safety, compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nYour Qualification & experience:\nBachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related discipline.\n2-5 years in Material Planning, Production Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations.\nExperience working with MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred).\nThis is the opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, where decisions are taken fast and where you can actively participate in shaping our future.
