team.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 8-10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing industries.\nProven experience in leading and managing procurement teams.\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in both direct and indirect procurement.\nExperience in procurement budgeting and budget management.\nExperience with SAP.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nStrong negotiation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a results-oriented mindset.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and actively participate in direct and indirect procurement processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.\nPrepare, monitor, and manage the procurement budget, ensuring achievement of budget targets.\nDevelop and implement cost-saving and process efficiency initiatives.\nLead commercial negotiations with local and international suppliers, including pricing, contracts, and payment terms.\nDevelop sourcing strategies, identify alternative supply sources, and manage supply risks.\nManage supplier selection, segmentation, qualification, and performance evaluation processes.\nCollaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Technical departments to ensure timely procurement of required materials and services.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with GMP requirements, quality standards, and company policies and procedures.\nLead, develop, and manage the procurement team, including workload distribution, performance management, and employee development.\nMonitor procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes.\nCandidate Criteria\nExperience: 8 -16 years\nEducation Level: Bachelor's
