We also leverage our high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities and network to supply leading companies through contract manufacturing and out-licensing.\nAcino is part of Arcera, a diversified life sciences holding company, established by ADQ in Abu Dhabi in 2024 with the purpose to advance innovation in line with the Emirate’s 2030 vision for the sector and beyond.\nJob Description\nResponsible for coordinating supply chain and logistics operations, including MOHAP permits, master data management, invoice processing, freight and customs clearance, procurement support, and regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nSubmission of EDE Permits (Import Permit, Export Permit, Local Sales Permit) and keeping track of it.\nHandling master data creation.\nSales Order Management: Receive the confirmed orders from the distributor through the demand team, Set the sales order in SAP system.\nMonthly follow up for Back orders with the demand team, to ensure that appropriate tracking of actual requested amounts.\nPreparation of monthly sales reports and KPIs calculations (OTIF & BO)\nTimely Submission of Invoices for GRN preparation & Proforma Invoice for the payment process.\nResponsible for Logistics Activities - Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Export & documentation.\nAssistance in Procurement Activities, Follow-up with Suppliers, and documentation filing.\nEnsure compliance to EHS policy and its requirements.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.\n2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.\nKnowledge of SAP, MOHAP permits, and import/export documentation.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nPlease apply via our HR system here.\nData Privacy Note\nIn connection with your application, Arcera will collect, process and store personal data about you.
