We also leverage our high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities and network to supply leading companies through contract manufacturing and out-licensing.\nAcino is part of Arcera, a diversified life sciences holding company, established by ADQ in Abu Dhabi in 2024 with the purpose to advance innovation in line with the Emirate’s 2030 vision for the sector and beyond.\nJob Description\nResponsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and execution - covering production and supply planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and compliance reporting - to ensure consistent product availability and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProduction Planning:\nDevelop and implement production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities.\nUse demand forecasts to plan production schedules and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts\nFollow up plan Execution, issuing the production orders & Plan scheduling based on the sales needs.\nArranging a weekly production meeting with all the departments concerned to communicate the plan, follow up and communicate any updates in the schedule.\nIssue Production orders based on the created production plan.\nSupply Planning:\nSupply Planning (reviewing forecast, confirmed order received from Tender Business, Institution business, Export Customers, CMO and finalizing the forecast).\nDevelop comprehensive supply plans to support production schedules, inventory targets, and customer demand.\nConduct inventory analysis to anticipate future demand patterns and optimize inventory levels.\nMaterial Resource Planning (MRP) Run for the supply planning of new requirements (Raw material, Packaging material, Semi Finished Goods).\nCollaborate with CFT's to coordinate deliveries and manage lead times to ensure material availability for fulfilling the set production plan.\nFollow up the materials from delivery till the release with QC & QA.\nInventory Management:\nRegular Inventory Checking & Analysis.\nCo-ordination with the Finance for the inventory provisions on monthly basis to calculate the net inventory.\nRegular Near Expiry follow up to ensure accurate inventory management.\nCompliance:\nEnsure Compliance to EHS Policy and its requirements.\nIdentify various regulatory and compliance requirements related to import and export of various API, excipients, chemicals, standards etc. and ensured procedure and process is followed in a timely manner to ensure availability of material without impact on commercial commitments.\nReporting:\nMonthly MBR Reporting consists of previous month KPI's which includes OTIF, Forecast accuracy, Back-orders, Scrapping, Write-off, Landing Cost, Inventory Ageing, Inventory Value, Months of coverage.\nMonthly Revenue Report or Outlook file for the anticipated sales Monthly Department Meeting Reports (All the points at MBR), Purchase analysis, MOHAP data, Material Availability for the next 12 Months\nMonthly SCM Planning Review with Demand Team which includes data consisting of forecast variance, running month invoicing, Non-moving stock, 12 months FCT vs Production plan.\nMonth-on-Month inventory optimization reports for 12 Months based on latest LE file.\nProduction Planning & Material availability report for the next 3 months with material status\nBack-order report to Demand team.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.\nStrong knowledge and practical experience in SAP; SAP expertise is required.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, reports, and Supply Chain KPIs and translate insights into actions.\nStrong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively navigate a matrix organization and multicultural environment.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nPlease apply via our HR system here.\nData Privacy Note\nIn connection with your application, Arcera will collect, process and store personal data about you.
