Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related cloud data roles, with at least 5 years in Azure and AWS.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time pipelines in governed enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data security, encryption, access management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL, NoSQL, big data platforms, data streaming, ETL/ELT frameworks, and APIs.
  • Proficiency with Azure/AWS data services (e. g., Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Cosmos DB, Glue, Redshift, S3 and DynamoDB).
  • Knowledge of modern data architecture patterns (Data Mesh, Lakehouse, event-driven, and serverless).
  • Familiarity with software development, CI/CD for data products, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Azure/AWS data/analytics or solution architect certifications are a plus.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly on data risks, governance, and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
