The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java backend development, network management systems, and telecom/networking concepts.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, and maintain EMS/NMS applications for telecom and networking products.\nDevelop backend services using Core Java and enterprise Java technologies.\nWork with network elements such as Routers, Switches, Base Stations, gNB/eNB, and Telecom Equipment.\nDevelop and maintain alarm management, fault management, performance management, and configuration management modules.\nIntegrate EMS applications with network devices using standard protocols.\nAnalyse and troubleshoot issues related to network management systems.\nCollaborate with product development, testing, and customer support teams.\nParticipate in feature development, bug fixing, and system optimisation activities.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong Core Java development experience.\nGood understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.\nExperience with Spring, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.\nGood knowledge of SQL and database concepts.\nLinux environment experience.\nKnowledge of Telecom or Networking domains.\nUnderstanding of TCP/IP Networking fundamentals.\nExperience with EMS/NMS platforms is highly preferred.\nExposure to SNMP, Netconf, YANG, CORBA, SOAP, REST, or similar management protocols is an advantage.\n\nPreferred Telecom Knowledge: \nEMS (Element Management System).\nNMS (Network Management System).\nFault Management.\nAlarm Management.\nConfiguration Management.\nPerformance Monitoring.\nFCAPS concepts.\nLTE / 5G Network Management exposure.\n\nPreferred Background Companies: \nNokia, Ericsson, Samsung Networks, Tejas Networks, Mavenir, Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, NEC,
