To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by:\nOverseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere\nMonitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance\nManaging inventory levels, conducting stock checks\nSupporting with analysing KPIs and act proactively to implement sales strategies\nSupporting with recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimise performance\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. If hese qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.\nSpecific personal qualities for this role:\nCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to fine-tune the need of the customer and translate that into excellent customer service\nSelf-reliant in knowing how to guide and motivate a team with clear communication and feedback\nProficiency in prioritising responsibilities, and delegating tasks while maintaining attention to detail\nUnderstanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising\nSpecific experience and knowledge for this role:\nMinimum 1 year leadership experience in Luxury fashion\nGood knowledge in analysing retail KPIs and building a strategy plan accordingly \nCustomer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling\nFluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position.
