We aim to minimise our environmental impact across all our operations and to address societal challenges in the way we conduct our business.\nAs CloudOps Engineer at our Stockholm office, you will manage and drive change in a modern, mostly cloud-based IT environment, covering servers, storage, micro services, networking, and end-user computing. The role also spans SaaS services, identity and access management, cyber security, enterprise mobility, vendor and supplier engagements, and procurement. You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nAs CloudOps Engineer your main contribution will be to keep our network, cloud and endpoint services secure, stable and available, and to help move our remaining on-premises workloads to the cloud. You will report to the Infra Operations Manager. You will play a vital role in delivering a reliable, secure, and automated IT foundation for the business by:\nConfiguring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure across offices, stores, and warehouses, as well as networking in our public cloud environments\nPlanning and executing network changes and upgrades, monitoring performance and capacity, and carrying out root cause analysis on recurring faults\nAdministering our endpoint management platform and cloud identity services, including device compliance, application deployment, conditional access, and single sign-on\nOperating compute, storage, and micro services in a cloud-first hybrid environment, together with our collaboration and productivity services, including backup and restore\nMaintaining security compliance across networks, servers, and endpoints through patching, threat protection, hardening, and certificate management\nContributing to the migration of remaining on-premises workloads and services to the cloud, and to the decommissioning programme running until end of 2027\nTaking part in Incident, Problem, and Change Management, acting as escalation tier for network operations, security operations, and customer support\nDeveloping scripts for automation and monitoring, and keeping documentation and configuration data accurate in our ITSM platform\nCollaborating with development, service delivery, and business teams to keep critical systems available around the clock, including taking part in the on-call rotation and travelling to sites when required\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.\nSpecific personal qualities for this role:\nStrong interest in networking, with the curiosity to understand how traffic actually flows\nStructured and methodical, working from symptoms to root cause when troubleshooting\nComfortable owning changes in a production environment, planning carefully and communicating impact before acting\nAn automation mindset, preferring to script a task once rather than repeat it manually\nSecurity aware, treating compliance and hardening as part of daily work\nSelf-motivated and able to prioritise independently in an environment that is actively modernising\nCalm under pressure, keeping quality and communication up during incidents\nAble to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical colleagues\nSpecific experience and knowledge for this role:\nDegree in computer science or equivalent experience\n2 to 4 years' experience within IT operations, infrastructure, or network operations\nSolid hands-on experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and wireless\nExperience with networking in at least one major public cloud platform, including hybrid connectivity\nHands-on experience with Windows MDM through Microsoft Intune, including enrolment, compliance policies, and application deployment, as well as management of mobile devices\nExperience with Windows Server administration and virtualisation\nWorking knowledge of IT security practices, including threat protection, vulnerability management, and certificate management\nScripting skills for automation and monitoring, for example PowerShell, and familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure as code\nExperience working with ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management\nFluent in English\nWhat matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
