You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nAs Junior Collection Merchandiser, your main contribution will be to support the development of a balanced and commercially relevant collection by turning insights into actions throughout the range-building process. You will report to the Senior Collection Merchandiser. You will play a vital role in supporting collection strategy, range planning, and business performance through analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration by:\nResearch market trends, competitors, and price positioning\nSupport range planning and collection development\nAnalyse sales performance and identify opportunities and risks\nPrepare sales reports, collection overviews, and merchandising guidelines\nSupport collection presentations for commercial teams\nPrepare materials for meetings and key milestones\nMaintain merchandising data and product information in PLM\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.\nSpecific personal qualities for this role:\nOrganised and able to manage multiple priorities\nAnalytical, structured, and detail-oriented\nCollaborative, adaptable, and positive\nCurious about fashion, consumer behaviour, and market trends\nSpecific experience and knowledge for this role:\nDegree in Business, Fashion, or a related field\n2+ years' experience in merchandising or a similar role, preferably within luxury or premium fashion\nStrong communication skills in English, written and spoken\nComfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders\nAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint\nExperience working with PLM systems is a plus\nFluent in English\nWhat matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
