You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nAs Product Development Manager you will contribute to the development of high-end quality collections for the jersey and fleece product category.\nAs Product Manager, you will:\nLead end-to-end development of jersey and fleece collections\nDrive innovation in washes, prints, dyeing, and embellishments\nSource and develop materials aligned with design and sustainability goals\nOwn fittings, ensuring quality, fit, and construction standards\nManage costing, margins, and support supplier negotiations\nAllocate styles to the right suppliers based on capability and cost\nOversee timelines, sample flow, and supplier communication\nMaintain accurate product data in PLM (BOMs, development details)\nMonitor budgets and support cost control throughout development\nBuild strong supplier partnerships, including on-site collaboration\nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned, on-time delivery\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.\nSpecific personal qualities for this role:\nHighly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured and process-driven approach\nStrong sense of ownership with the ability to follow through and deliver to completion\nAble to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment\nCollaborative team player who builds strong working relationships\nSpecific experience and knowledge for this role:\nAcademic degree in fashion, textiles or a related field\nAround five years’ experience in product development, ideally within premium or high-end fashion\nHands-on experience developing jersey and fleece garments\nStrong technical understanding of garment construction and development processes\nSolid experience in costing and supplier negotiations\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel\nExperience working with PLM systems is a plus\nFluent in English, written and spoken\nWhat matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
