To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting- edge approach to client experience. You will assist in taking care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:\nManaging and executing omni channel services\nWelcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience\nSupport the sales team on the shop floor by ringing clients, re-merchandising the shop floor, deliver products to the shop floor and providing hospitality\nUpholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
