As Sales Assistant at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with Client Advisors to deliver an outstanding in-store shopping experience, support on and off the shop floor operationally, aid in creating smooth and engaging client interactions and positive business outcomes in which your efficiency and attentiveness take center stage.\nCULTURE OF COLLABORATION\nWe firmly believe that when you feel supported, included, and trusted, it enables you to enjoy your work and thrive in it. You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nYour main contribution will be to drive sales together with our Client Advisors in the store but also through operational back of house support. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting- edge approach to client experience. You will assist in taking care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:\nManaging and executing omni channel services\nWelcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience\nSupport the sales team on the shop floor by ringing clients, re-merchandising the shop floor, deliver products to the shop floor and providing hospitality\nUpholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.\nSpecific personal qualities for this role:\nInterpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers\nAbility to identify customer needs, provide the right products, and close sales to achieve store sales targets\nResponsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner\nAgility and flexibility with a self-starting attitude and ability to identify the stores’ needs in order to delivery an exceptional customer experience at all times\nSpecific experience and knowledge for this role:\nPrevious experience within the retail or hospitality industry\nProven ability to work independently and with flexibility\nAbility to take initiative in line with our customer experience offer\nFluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)\nThe range is $18-20/hr.
