You will:\nLead end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding the hiring need and shaping the search through to offer and onboarding\nPartner closely with hiring managers, providing guidance and challenge to support strong and well-informed hiring decisions\nProactively identify and engage talent through sourcing, market mapping and network building\nBuild relevant talent pipelines to support both current and future business needs\nCreate a strong and consistent candidate experience that reflects Acne Studios’ culture, values and creative spirit\nUse recruitment data and market insights to identify trends, improve outcomes and inform hiring decisions\nBring knowledge of local talent markets and relevant labour legislation into the recruitment process\nContinuously develop our recruitment practices, tools and ways of working, helping us build a stronger and more scalable global approach to Talent Acquisition\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.\nSpecific personal qualities for this role:\nStrong relationship-builder and trusted advisor\nProactive, strategic, and business-minded\nStructured with strong prioritisation skills\nConfident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities\nData-driven with a continuous improvement mindset\nStrong communication and influencing skills\nSpecific experience and knowledge for this role:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role, preferably within fashion, luxury, retail, or other fast-paced consumer-facing industries\nStrong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and stakeholder groups\nProven expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline building, and competency-based interviewing\nExperience leveraging ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment data to drive informed hiring decisions\nGood understanding of structured assessment methodologies and best practices in selection and evaluation\nExperience contributing to employer branding, talent attraction, and candidate engagement initiatives\nWorking knowledge of labour legislation, recruitment compliance, and inclusive hiring practices\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\nFluent in English, both written and spoken; Swedish is considered an advantage\nWhat matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
