Wholesale Intern

INTERN DURATION

Mid November 2026 to February 2027

WHAT YOU WILL DO

·Handling daily wholesale operations tasks and order management including weekly delivery to wholesale partners, invoices payment follow up and returns workflows etc.

·Operational support towards our Wholesale organization, Supply Chain operations and Finance department.

·Ad-hoc administrative tasks in response to client needs, such as providing delivery schedules, preparing delivery documents, product information, general support and more.

·Work actively to ensure that the Wholesale Operations department fulfills objectives, such as delivery result targets and service levels set by the Commercial department.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

·University degree in business administration, economics or similar

·Previous similar experience from working in retail, fashion and/or customer service and is meriting

·Strong numerical/analytical skills

·Strong communication skills and a service mindset

·Proficient in MS Office skills (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

·Fluency in English and Japanese is required, additional language skills are meriting
