The Full-Stack Developer is an engaged and active participant in an agile, cross-functional solution team. This is a key, hands-on role with a close-knit, strategic team where your work will have impact. \nThe Full-Stack Developer contributes across all phases of the software development process from design and development through testing, documentation, deployment, and production support. This position will collaborate with team members to develop reliable, maintainable solutions and will provide technical support for production systems. \nNote: This position is considered Hybrid and will need to commute to ACOG's office located in Washington, D.C.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPerform all functions across the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering and analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and production support. \nParticipate in software programming initiatives to support new innovations and enhancements. \nCode solutions in a modern technology stack with a component-based design, building with UX and maintainability in mind. \nWrite unit tests and join in code reviews. \nDevelop and conduct software system validation and testing. \nAssist with the development of automated deployment and maintenance strategies. \nProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues for our ecosystem of COTS and custom solutions. \nCollaborate with and provide support to other internal teams to enhance our products and services and further our strategic goals. \nParticipate in stakeholder discussions to understand their needs and brainstorm solutions. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. \nCommitment to exceptional customer service. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nBasic understanding of cloud fundamentals (e.g., compute, storage, deployment) in AWS or Azure; hands-on project experience preferred but not required.\nExposure to content management systems (e.g., Optimizely, WordPress, Sitecore) is a plus. \nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools and a willingness to incorporate them into your workflow.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technology-related field preferred. \n0-2 years of professional or internship experience in software development, including C#, .NET, and web fundamentals (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).\nExperience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).\nExperience with relational databases (T-SQL or MS-SQL) and ORMs (Entity Framework). \nExperience building or consuming APIs.
