This role analyzes the full member lifecycle including recruitment, retention and engagement, surfacing trends and risk factors.\nThis role is responsible for tracking performance across key member segments and translating data into clear reports and presentations for leadership and other ACOG departments. The Membership Data Specialist also serves as a steward of data quality, auditing member records, maintaining demographic accuracy, and partnering with the IT and data teams to strengthen CRM workflows for onboarding, renewals, reporting, and segmentation.\nNote: This position is considered Hybrid and will need to commute to ACOG's office located in Washington, D.C.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nCompile, analyze, and interpret member statistical data to formulate reports and make programmatic, product, or financial recommendations.\nAnalyze membership lifecycle trends, including recruitment patterns, engagement behavior, attrition and retention risk factors.\nTrack and evaluate acquisition and retention performance metrics across key member segments.\nServe as project manager for outsourced market research projects (i.e. annual member satisfaction survey) performed by consultants and vendors.\nUsing internal data and/or external market research, deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to leadership and cross-functional partners.\nMonitor and improve data accuracy and integrity, including the maintenance and accuracy of member demographic information.\nPerform routine audits to identify and correct inconsistencies.\nPartner with IT/data and Membership teams to optimize CRM workflows related to onboarding, renewals, reporting, and segmentation.\nIdentify data quality issues and define requirements for system enhancements or process improvements.\nPerform other duties as assigned in support of organizational priorities.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nProficiency in data visualization concepts and BI requirements definition; experience partnering with Power BI developers.\nExperience with SQL, Excel, and data management best practices.\nUnderstanding data integration workflows and API-based system connections.\nFamiliarity with predictive modeling techniques and membership lifecycle analytics.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and curiosity.\nCollaborative mindset suited for cross-department teamwork.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in data analytics, business intelligence, information systems or related field.\n2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or CRM/AMS data management.\nDemonstrated experience building dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Power BI preferred) and created predictive models.\nExperience with CRM/AMS systems (NetForum preferred, Salesforce, iMIS, or similar).\nUnderstanding of membership/customer life cycle.\nNon-profit/association experience preferred\nSalary Range\n$52,000—$62,000 USD\nOur Perks\nPaid Parental Leave - Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace - Flexible work schedule - Commuting Allowance - Generous Paid Time Off - Holiday Pay - Life Insurance - Community Volunteering Opportunities - Generous 401(k) Company Contributions - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Learning Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement - Company-Sponsored Team Outings - and more!\nACOG is an EEO employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
