Ensure incoming stock is recorded accurately, stored correctly and ready for fulfilment within the required timeline. Support inventory control, Daily Cycle Counts (DCC) and other warehouse functions as required.\nJob Description\nPlan daily inbound activities and allocate tasks to meet receiving and putaway targets.\n\nCheck incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents, including SKU, quantity, condition, batch and expiry date where applicable.\n\nEnsure accurate and timely receiving transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).\n\nMonitor putaway and ensure stock is placed in the correct locations.\n\nInvestigate and report shortages, excess quantities, damaged goods and delivery discrepancies.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams, transporters and client representatives on delivery schedules and inbound issues.\n\nSupervise and train permanent, contract and temporary workers on work procedures, productivity and quality requirements.\n\nPrepare daily updates on inbound volume, outstanding deliveries, productivity and discrepancies.\n\nSupport the Inventory team with Daily Cycle Counts (DCC), stock reconciliation, discrepancy investigations and stock takes.\n\nSupport stock transfers and returns when required.\n\nProvide cross-functional support for picking, packing, dispatch and other warehouse activities based on operational needs.\n\nMaintain proper documentation, warehouse housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures.\n\nSupport campaign preparation and peak operations, including overtime and shift arrangements when required.\n\nQualifications\nSPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.\n\nAt least 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in inbound operations, with experience supervising a team.\n\nFamiliar with receiving, putaway, inventory control, cycle counting and WMS transactions.\n\nBasic Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.\n\nGood leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nAble to work accurately, prioritise tasks and manage high volumes during campaigns.\n\nFlexible and willing to support different warehouse functions.\n\nWilling to work Saturdays, overtime and campaign shifts when
