Compliance\nAny other ad-hoc duties assigned.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting.\nMinimum 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in financial reporting, monthly and annual closing, and account reconciliation.\nExperience managing and reviewing general ledger, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.\nFamiliar with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and applicable tax regulations.\nProven experience working with external auditors (e.g. Big Four), including audit coordination and preparation of audited financial statements drafts.\nExperience in leading or mentoring accounting staff is a plus.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.\nGood communication and stakeholder management
