Role Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain Client P&L and Net Working Capital databases and reports\nAssist with the preparation of the official business plan / budget\nPrepare and do analysis of cash flow report.\nAnalyze revenue, cost and net-working capital and provide monthly P&L report for eachclient, department, channel of the business\n\nReview monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget\nSupport management and provide analysis that is meaningful to improve overall business\nWork closely with BI teams to understand their information needs from start to finish, including gathering requirements, pulling data and compiling data into presentable reports,dashboards and charts.\n\nDevelop new FP&A excel models as demand arises.\nSupport Indonesia business units with local FP&A services.\nPerforms other FP&A related duties as required/requested\nQualifications and Experiences:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n5-7 years work experience as FP&A, ideally in fast moving business environment\nAdvance knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, Database management tool\nPrevious experience in reporting and data management will be a plus\nStrong knowledge in Finance, Accounting, and Tax\nExperience working with and creating/manipulating complex excel spreadsheets\nExperience working with presentation using Power Point\nHigh level of analytical and problem solving skills\nHighly motivated individual, self-assured and confident\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nStrong written and oral English communication skills\nThe ability to think independently with strong critical decision-making
