Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead the setup, standardization, and continuous improvement of Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operational processes consistent operational standards across countries.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and direct experience in Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing, combined with excellent project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nRegional Operations Setup & Implementation\nLead the setup and implementation of standardized operational processes for Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing across regional markets.\nDevelop operational frameworks, workflows, SOPs, and reporting structures to support new market operations.\nWork closely with country teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of regional operating standards.\nAssess operational readiness, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to support market expansion.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and consistency across countries.\nSOP Development & Process Standardization\nDevelop, review, and continuously improve SOPs for Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operations.\nStandardize operational workflows, service delivery processes, and best practices across regional markets.\nEvaluate existing country-level processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.\nEnsure operational procedures are aligned with regional business objectives and company standards.\nOperational Audit & Compliance Monitoring\nConduct regular operational reviews and process compliance assessments across country teams.\nMonitor adherence to established SOPs, operational guidelines, and service quality standards.\nIdentify process gaps, operational risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.\nTrack the implementation of improvement plans and ensure compliance with regional standards.\nReview operational documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nProject Management & Performance Tracking\nManage regional operational improvement projects, including project timelines, deliverables, and implementation progress.\nTrack project milestones, action items, and performance through PMO frameworks.\nDevelop standardized reporting templates, operational KPIs, and performance monitoring frameworks.\nPrepare operational performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.\nSupport the standardization of operational cost structures and service-level P&L monitoring.\nStakeholder Management & Regional Collaboration\nCollaborate with Country Heads, Senior Key Account Managers (KAMs), Marketing teams, and C-level executives to align operational processes and business objectives.\nPresent operational findings, process improvement recommendations, and project updates to senior stakeholders.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive the adoption of standardized processes across countries.\nProvide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to local teams on SOP implementation and operational best practices.\nTravel internationally, including to Indonesia and other regional markets, to support operational setup, implementation, and compliance reviews.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.\nDirect working experience and strong knowledge of Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operations are required.\nProven experience in Marketing Operations, Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related functions.\nExperience in setting up operational processes, developing SOPs, and implementing standardized workflows.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operational processes.\nExperience in project management, PMO tracking, operational reporting, and process compliance monitoring.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence senior management and C-level executives.\nExcellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.\nProactive, confident, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.\nWillingness to travel internationally for business purposes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in regional or multi-country operations, particularly within Southeast Asia.\nExperience supporting operational setup or process implementation in new markets.\nFamiliarity with Live Streaming and Affiliate Marketing operations in Indonesia.\nExperience working in e-commerce, social commerce, digital marketing agencies, or e-commerce enablers.\nKnowledge of operational cost structures, service-level profitability, and P&L monitoring.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams or regional process improvement
