You will learn more, grow faster, work with an excellent team and be appreciated for your contributions.If our requirements fit your background, we want to talk with you!\nPosition is open for our Milpitas, CA office.\nRequirements\n 3-8 years of design and engineering analysis experience w/ a BSME or equivalent (MSME preferred).\nExperience transitioning at least two complex electromechanical products from early concepts into production - preferably in robotics, automation, life-science, or medical device industries.\nHands-on project management experience leading a cross functional team in a fast-paced product development environment.\nExperience designing molded, sheet metal, cast and machined components.\nExperience with mechanisms; motion control is a plus.\nME analysis experience in kinematics, structural, thermal and tolerances.\nProficient with SolidWorks (Creo a plus).\nStrong client interfacing skills.\nHands-on performance in shop/lab skills. \nKey Responsibilities:\nLead cross functional teams in designing products with multiple powered DOFs. \nWork with clients to identify requirements; brainstorm, define and develop product solutions.\nManage project budget, schedule, and deliverables as the primary point of contact with clients.
