The Client Account Manager serves as the direct contact to assigned client(s) and is responsible for communicating directions to field management, client support teams, retail, and reporting teams on a day-to-day basis.\n Communicate as the key contact with client and internal teams to identify best practices, creative support ideas, reporting needs, etc.\nMeet weekly with clients to review program priorities and execution performance.\nPartner with cross-functional team members (Senior Management, Field Operations, and Customer Service) to meet all account needs and to manage the project process from beginning to end.\nCreate instructions, reports, and analysis of data gathered to ensure all aspects of client needs are met through in-store execution and reporting avenues.\nPartner with the sales team to identify client growth opportunities. \nCoordinate with the operations team to review execution and address opportunities.\nTrack execution compliance and retail trends, run weekly reports and provide professional reports internally and to the customer.\nPartner with Regional Managers to ensure that all representatives are fully trained at all times.\nManage frequency plans and budgets throughout the month.\nVisit stores with and without clients as needed to plan for program needs.\n60/40 split hybrid WFH model with 60% being in office.\n Minimum Education and Work Experience\nBachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, High School Diploma required. \n(3) + years of retail merchandising and/or consumer packaged goods experience. \nUnderstanding of Walmart, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and other selected retailer requirements. \nUnderstanding of margins, revenue/cost calculations and impact, etc., is desired. Managerial accounting experience and asset. \nPrior experience working on a similar structured program is preferred. \nProficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as PDF programs, and online meeting/communication software (Teams, Zoom, etc.)\nAbility to travel to client offices, regional offices, corporate and/or vendor offices, training or convention venues, and retail establishments when required.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nMultitasking in a fast-paced environment. \nIndependent worker with minimal supervision. \nCoachable, accountable, and having a growth mindset.\nDemonstrating excellent problem-solving, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. \nEffectively communicating with clients and other departments by having exceptional verbal and written communication skills. \nRetail sales savvy and demonstrating through reporting. \nPositive partnership with the client, co-workers, and customers.\nDetail-oriented and able to make choices necessary to complete performance objectives to ensure client satisfaction. \nMultitasking both team and individual responsibilities. \nPossessing strong understanding of project management processes.\nAnalytical skills to assess information with the goal of identifying trends, potential challenges and/or opportunities, etc.\nPhysical Requirements\nSit for extended periods (typically 6+ hours per day).\nUse a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods.\nLift and carry light items (e.g., files, office supplies, laptops, typically 20+ pounds).\nReach, bend, or stoop occasionally to access files or office materials.\nMaintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work.\nFollow clear directions.\nPerform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, clicking) consistently throughout the
