If you enjoy creating meaningful learning experiences and collaborating with diverse teams, we'd love to hear from you.\n What You'll Do\nDesign & Develop Learning Experiences\nCreate engaging virtual, eLearning, and multimedia training programs that support business objectives.\nDesign training materials including, job aids, reference materials, videos, and interactive learning assets.\nDevelop learning materials that build confidence and competency for both frontline and management teams.\nInnovate & Improve\nContinuously evaluate and enhance existing training programs to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and business outcomes.\nExplore emerging learning technologies and digital solutions to modernize training experiences.\nAnalyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and performance data.\nPartner & Collaborate\nWork closely with clients, subject matter experts, operations leaders, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.\nSupport compliance-related training initiatives for retail teams and ensure training programs align with organizational standards.\nCoordinate training projects from concept through implementation and follow-up, ensuring successful execution and adoption.\n What You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.\n3+ years of experience designing and delivering adult learning programs in a corporate, retail, or educational environment.\nExperience developing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.\nExperience creating training materials, job aids, guides, manuals, and performance support resources.\nExperience with video scripting, editing, and multimedia content development.\nStrong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.\nTechnical Skills\nMicrosoft 365 Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.\nArticulate 360 and Learning Management Systems (LMS).\nAdobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.\nKnowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.\nFamiliarity with web-based learning, virtual training, and distance learning methodologies.\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\nCreative problem-solver with a passion for learner engagement.\nSkilled at translating technical information into clear, meaningful learning experiences.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nAbility to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.\nExperience supporting retail, merchandising, consumer products, or field-based organizations.\nWork Environment\nCorporate office environment with up to 20% travel to regional offices, client locations, and vendor sites.\nPhysical Requirements:\nSit for extended periods (typically 6+ hours per day)\nUse a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods\nLift and carry light items (e.g., files, office supplies, laptops, typically 20+ pounds)\nReach, bend, or stoop occasionally to access files or office materials\nMaintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work\nFollow clear directions\nPerform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, clicking) consistently throughout the day\nStrong interpersonal and highly developed writing skills; acute attention to detail.\nWhy Join Premium?\nAt Premium Retail Services, you'll help shape the learning experiences that power one of the nation's leading retail merchandising organizations.
