Success in this role requires strong organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings across various markets simultaneously.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecruitment & Talent Acquisition\nManage the front-end recruitment process for Retail Sales Associate positions across Walmart locations nationwide, including building pipelines, developing job ad campaigns, managing applicant platform spend, and processing click analytics.\n\nSource candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.\n\nConduct resume reviews, phone screens, and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.\n\nSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.\n\nPresent qualified candidates to field leadership and provide hiring recommendations.\n\nExtend employment offers and facilitate pre-employment requirements.\n\nTalent Pipeline Development\nBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill geographic markets.\n\nDevelop recruitment strategies to support new store openings, expansion markets, and staffing initiatives.\n\nMaintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.\n\nTrack candidate activity and pipeline metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n\nStakeholder Partnership\nCollaborate with Regional Managers, District Managers, and Executive Field Leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.\n\nProvide regular updates regarding candidate flow, hiring progress, market challenges, and staffing forecasts.\n\nAdvise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and labor market trends.\n\nCandidate Experience\nDeliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.\n\nEnsure timely communication with candidates regarding application status, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.\n\nAct as a brand ambassador by promoting company culture, career opportunities, and employee value propositions.\n\nCompliance & Reporting\nEnsure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate records and documentation in recruiting systems.\n\nMonitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-hire ratios, and hiring goal attainment.\n\nSupport hiring audits and compliance requirements as needed.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related communications field.\n\n2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail, sales, wireless, or high-volume recruiting environments.\n\nExperience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously;
