Hours vary depending on client’s needs.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the merchandising initiatives of each of our clients and enhance relationships with Store and Department Managers. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work daytime hours, doesn't mind occasional travel, and is self-motivated but loves working with a great support team.\nWhat do we offer?\nCompetitive Hourly Rates (negotiable based on territory and experience).\n$1 In-Store Hour Compliance Bonus (paid out quarterly).\nFlexible Scheduling\nPaid Mileage and paid travel time\nGrowth Opportunities\nReferral Bonus Program\n Setup and update shelving, displays, walls, etc. according to the planogram and instructions provided\nPlan and schedule store visits within assigned territory\nCommunicate work schedule to support team members, when required\nAttend training conference calls, online training and field training as required\nCreate and develop strong working relationships with key in-store contacts\nComplete all shift reporting, including daily reports which will include photographs of completed asks. This reporting is completed online\nBe able to communicate and execute a variety of calls with stores. e.g.: Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart and others\n Relevant merchandising experience (preferred but not essential)\nStrong attention to detail, specifically understanding and executing changes to a planogram\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to multi task, and meet deadlines.\nEnergetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic\nFlexible and adaptable\nStrong communication skills (written and oral)\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm time frame \nValid driver's license, access to the exclusive use of a reliable vehicle.\nMust be comfortable travelling up to 160kms from your region\nComputer savvy with access to a PC Computer and internet and the ability to take and submit photos of your work.\nWe’re excited to fill this role now!
