These tasks include Direct Sales, Upselling, Negotiating & Building Display, Merchandising, Promotions, tablet reporting as well as maintaining the role as key contact for our clients across all serviced stores in the defined territory. Candidates ideally will have grocery experience.\n- Your excellent communication and sales skills are complimented by your enthusiasm and superior presentation abilities.\n- You are highly organized, independent, and a natural solver with a knack for sales and building strong customer relationships.\n Assertive selling.\nSuperior execution of core program fundamentals such as Sales, negotiating & building display, POP material, distribution of innovation & planogram compliance.\nNegotiate Sales - selling in, call for orders, in-line orders, and incremental retailer support for promotional programs.\nDisplays - negotiating and building displays on every other visit to each store.\nDevelop a positive working relationship with all key retail contacts. \nExecute and deliver retail coverage as per plan for efficient and effective call frequency and length.\nResolve or escalate store-level issues exhibiting a sense of urgency and professionalism.\nDrive distribution on core items and New Innovation, sales, and share objectives.\nPossible overnight or daily travel\n Sales experience \nRetail Channel experience in grocery & mass preferred but not mandatory\nMust have a valid driver's license and exclusive access to a vehicle\nAvailable to work on weekdays, 8am-5pm\nHighly effective verbal communication skills and the ability to develop rapport and credibility\nEffective presentation-selling skills and objection-handling techniques\nEffective Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel\nExperienced in territory management\nMust be willing to travel (Pending territory some overnight)\nOrganized, flexible with the ability to work independently with limited supervision\nDaily access to Internet and email - able to complete administrative tasks including tracking, submitting call reports, checking email regularly for new product info, updates\nMust have a computer/laptop and printer/scanner with home internet\nMust be able to lift up to 30lbs\nMust be able to store POS at home location\nWe’re excited to fill this role now!
