Provide documentation and backup.\nEnsuring all billing is accurate and timely via established rules and guidelines to include a review of current client bill rates, addresses, and authorized retailers.\nMaintain accuracy of authorized client billing form.\nResponsible for ensuring CROSSMARK receives payment for all invoiced work.\nActively seek opportunities to up-sell existing and new client base.\nEducation/Experience : Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience; highly experienced in retail operations and a knowledge of basic accounting principles.\nSpecific Skills:\nPossess negotiation, project management, research, analysis, and presentation skills;\nCompletion of formal CROSSMARK training program for Client Engagement Managers\nComputer Skills: PC knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products; Strong Excel skills: Data Manipulation (filtering, sorting, freezing panes), Pivot Tables (summarizing/analyzing large data sets in Excel) and VLookups (quickly pulling in information from a lookup table); SalesTrak skills: project loading, store list creation and reporting (project summary, store detail, exceptions, workload)\nPhysical Requirements:\nSit for extended periods (typically 6+ hours per day).\nUse a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods.\nLift and carry light items (e.g., files, office supplies, laptops, typically 20+ pounds).\nReach, bend, or stoop occasionally to access files or office materials.\nMaintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work.\nFollow clear directions.\nPerform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, clicking) consistently throughout the day.\nSupervisory Responsibilities: May have some supervisory responsibility based on business need.\nWork Environment: Primarily office environment with mild to moderate noise levels.
