talent.\nWork with sourcing teams to build effective pipelines using job boards, referrals, web searches, and industry-specific resources.\nRepresent Acosta at networking events, career fairs, and online learning sessions to promote employer brand.\nEducate stakeholders on recruitment timelines, process improvements, and hiring strategies.\nUtilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to identify and advance top candidates.\nConduct behavioral-based phone screens to assess candidate fit, skills, and motivation.\nGuide hiring managers on interview techniques and selection decisions.\nExtend offers and manage the negotiation, closing, and administrative aspects of the hiring process.\nConsistently meet performance metrics and recruitment goals set by Talent Acquisition leadership.\nCollaborate with HR partners and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned, including meeting physical requirements such as listening, seeing, and color perception.\n Education\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nBachelor’s degree preferred\nExperience\nMinimum 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in high-volume exempt and non-exempt environments\nPrior experience leading or mentoring recruiters is preferred\nProven success in sourcing hard-to-find candidates and building strong talent pipelines\nExperience in customer service or related industries is a plus\nKnowledge & Skills\nSolid understanding of employment laws (EEO, ADEA, etc.)\nProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced internet sourcing techniques\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)\nStrong problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking abilities\nExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills\nAbility to apply technical terminology and concepts to daily tasks\nComfortable working in a dynamic environment with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends\nAbility to
