This role drives strategic initiatives for increased sales and market share through retail sales training, merchandising, assisted selling, and relationship cultivation.\nSalary: $65,304 with Bonus Potential (up to $1250/quarter)\n Oversee a designated territory of retail locations up to a 60-120-mile radius, ensuring consistent store visits and driving sales performance across all assigned locations. \nDevelop strong relationships with store and regional leaders to maximize impact in your territory. \nConduct in-store and virtual brand training to in store associates, acting as subject matter expert. \nHost in-store events focused on selling Verizon Value brand devices with an emphasis on driving incremental sales during the event.\nDrive additional sales opportunities by identifying and securing additional merchandising space for placement of incremental Verizon Value branded displays\nGather and report back on retailer and competitive insights. \nAccurate and timely reporting of activities through online reporting system.\nMust be adaptable to last-minute client requests or program pivots (“fire drills”) that may require adjustments to daily schedules, store visits, or priorities. \nMeeting the physical requirements - listed below. \nOther duties as assigned.\n Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience\nMinimum Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nMust have sales experience, preferably retail. \nCandidate must have reliable transportation and be able to visit all stores within the given territory at least once every 6 weeks.\nExperience in operating in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment; wireless experience a plus but not required.\n\nPreferred 1+ years of in-store retail and merchandising experience with consumer technology\nProficient in computer literacy with emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and administrative tasks\nComfortable conducting online research, troubleshooting, and navigating cloud-based systems\nProficient with email platforms and digital communication tools\nStrong understanding of current consumer technology trends and products across various categories such as mobile and connected devices, with the ability to confidently discuss features, functionality, and value with a wide range of audiences\nHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.\nPositive, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.\nSelf-starter with a motivated and results-oriented mindset.\nTeam-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nThe work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
