Inventory variance counts monthly and full counts 3x.\n\nManage warehouse operations within established expense budgets.\n\nOversee proper merchandise storage in accordance with standard warehouse procedures, using storage plans and locator systems to maximize capacity.\n\nDevelop and maintain efficient, cost-effective delivery schedules that meet customer timelines.\n\nMonitor common carriers to ensure reliable, on-time service at economical freight rates.\n\nMaintain a safe work environment, comply with safety and health standards, train associates on proper safety procedures, and ensure warehouse equipment and forklift vehicles are safely maintained and operated.\n\nManage shelf life and stock rotation to minimize losses from outdated products.\n\nHire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse associates, and recommend salary adjustments.\n\nEnsure security systems function properly and follow daily opening and closing procedures to protect the facility, equipment, and merchandise.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and sanitation codes.\n\n What You’ll Bring\nEducation and Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent experience.\n\nAt least 5+ years of warehouse experience.\n\nPrevious supervisory experience preferred.\n\nExperience with automated shipping and inventory management systems preferred.\n\nMonday -
