Proudly Canadian and entrepreneurial, serving business customers across North America.\nWith under 100 employees and a small, hands-on IT and data team, we're scaling while keeping a practical, no-politics, get-it-done culture.\nHow We Work\nData should drive decisions, not sit in dashboards.\nThis role reports to the Director of IT and works across Finance, Sales, and Marketing to provide visibility into performance and help guide decision-making.\nYou’ll own reporting and analytics across the business, building dashboards, working with large datasets, and partnering with stakeholders to understand what’s driving results.\nThis is a hands-on role with a strong execution focus, but you’ll also be expected to go beyond reporting and help teams understand what the data means.\nAbout You\nYou’re a detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys working with both data and people.\nYou’re comfortable building dashboards, working with large datasets, and ensuring data accuracy. You don’t just deliver reports, you take the time to understand the business context and explain insights clearly.\nYou’re reliable, organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve reporting and data processes.\nYou Bring:\nStrong experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards (DAX, Power Query preferred)\n\nAbility to extract, structure, and analyze large datasets (Snowflake or similar)\n\nExperience ensuring data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and quality checks\n\nStrong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation\n\nAbility to translate data into clear, practical insights for business teams\n\nExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales, or Marketing)\n\nAdvanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment\n\nQualifications:\n3-5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar roles\n\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field\n\nStrong understanding of business metrics (revenue, sales performance, margins, etc.)\n\nExperience working with ERP systems or internal business tools\n\nStrong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nBonus Points:\nExperience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Azure-based environments\n\nExperience with data pipeline tools (e.g., FiveTran)\n\nExposure to Power Automate or workflow automation tools\n\nExperience in distribution, logistics, or product-based businesses\n\nExposure to pricing, margin, or sales analytics\n\nPerks:\nThis role includes Health and Dental benefits + an Annual Bonus Plan\n\nEqual opportunity employer.
