Lots of new interesting complex work is available\n\nWe encourage exploration of new technologies - we're a modern tech company\n\nWe build for the long term, already profitable and focused on quality\n\n95% remote, we meet 1X a month in Toronto and 2X a year at a company retreat\n\nAbout You:\nWe are looking for an outstanding Senior/Staff/Lead Full Stack Engineer who wants to play a key role on our applications team.\nExample Responsibilities:\nWorking on the whole stack: End-to-end client feature development (from design to delivery)\n\nComplex Integrations work: Working with heavy hitters like Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat on the ad tech side.\n\nDashboards: Improving the UI experience for our Enterprise Clients\n\nQualifications:\n6+ years of full stack experience building enterprise-level B2B/B2C SaaS Applications\n\nStrong knowledge of Javascript/Typescript/React and Python\n\nNote: We're open to non Python Devs if they have great experience and are willing to make the switch over\n\nExperience owning an application end-to-end (ex. zero to-one on a new feature)\n\nStrong understanding of scalable system design for web-based APIs\n\nPrevious (\"startup\") experience working on a small team with high ownership\n\nExperience building and architecting distributed systems (deploying over a public cloud)\n\nWrite test suites (we aim for 85% or higher test coverage) and deploy using our CI/CD pipeline\n\nNice to have: Adtech or Martech experience\n\nTarget FT Salary Range:\n$130,000 -
