This is a high-ownership environment where priorities can shift quickly, requiring strong problem-solving, adaptability, and decisive execution.\nAbout You\nYou are a product-minded engineer who focuses on solving problems, not just writing code.\nYou are comfortable working in ambiguity and take ownership of figuring things out. outcomes over output.\nYou Bring:\nStrong experience building backend systems in Python (Flask, Django, or similar)\n\nExperience working with microservices-based architectures\n\nAbility to own features end to end from design through production and support\n\nExperience working with GraphQL or REST APIs\n\nStrong debugging skills and ability to handle customer-facing production issues\n\nExperience integrating with third-party systems\n\nComfort working across the stack in a backend-heavy environment\n\nAbility to work through ambiguity and clarify direction before execution\n\nQualifications:\n5 to 8+ years of software engineering experience at an enterprise level\n\nStrong backend fundamentals and system design experience\n\nExperience working in high-ownership, fast-paced environments\n\nStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nComfortable managing multiple priorities and switching context\n\nBonus Points:\nExperience with server-side rendered frontend (HTMX, Turbo, or similar)\n\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\n\nExperience in fintech, accounting systems, logistics, or operational
