anTeam Manager - Accounting, you will be:\nAnalyse and review trial balances and management reporting outputs to ensure accounts are standards/policy compliant, error-free and publication ready \nManaging and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting team \nProvide guidance and direction to accounting team members to deliver an accurate and timely close \nLead the implementation and monitoring of accounting controls and accounting standards, ensuring high compliance is achieved \nOversee with the audit process for and provide audit workpapers as per audit schedule \nOversee the delivery of all Tax & Compliance activities against agreed deadlines and in line with requirements \nEnsuring Adherence to Month end closing\nAnticipate and assess internal resource constraints and request/escalate to the Finance operations Manager for support as required \nEscalation and Issue resolution\nEnsure that PEAMs are served to all staff. \nDevelop, drive and report on team KPIs\nCoordinate with all departments within the company to meet campaign needs. \nFacilitate performance reviews, development plans, and coaching sessions for all team members.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired Skills & Competencies:\nD365 experience Preferred\nProcess migration or transition experience\nExcel Skills\nGeneral Accounting Experience\nPerformance management (including coaching)\nEscalation handling (Issue resolution)\nBPO/Shared service Experience\nProcess improvement\nExperience working with Australian company financials is preferred but not essential\nHigh degree
