You will support key accounting processes including reconciliations, transaction processing, and month-end close activities, helping maintain financial transparency and compliance.\nThis role offers the opportunity to build strong technical accounting skills while working alongside experienced finance professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you are detail-oriented and eager to grow your career in accounting, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.\nYOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES\nRecord and process Hire Purchase repayments accurately within the ERP system and maintain up-to-date schedules\nAllocate transactions to the correct contracts, general ledger accounts, and cost centres\nPerform monthly reconciliations including HP, bank, credit card, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies across financial records and escalate complex issues when needed\nProcess and review corporate credit card transactions ensuring proper documentation and policy compliance\nAssist with month-end activities including journals, accruals, and reconciliation support\nMaintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready supporting documentation across all financial processes\nCollaborate with stakeholders to clarify transactions and follow up on missing or incomplete information\nSupport audit requirements by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and other required documentation\nA BIT ABOUT YOU\nDegree qualified in Accounting or Finance\nAt least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar role\nHands-on experience supporting month-end close processes and reconciliations\nFamiliarity with SAP B1 or other ERP systems is highly advantageous\nStrong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel\nExcellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business\nSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and within a team\nReliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nExposure to multi-entity or group accounting environments is an advantage\nWHAT WE VALUE\nWe’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:\nCurious and Clever: Smart questions spark smart solutions.\nEntrepreneurial Energy: Think like an owner.
